Historic State Opening in Cayman Brac

The 2003 Session of the Legislative Assembly was an historic occasion for the Cayman Islands when the Meeting was summoned to be held by His Excellency Mr Bruce Dinwiddy, CMG, Governor of the Cayman Islands, on Friday the 7th day of March 2003 at the Aston Rutty Civic Centre on the Island of Cayman Brac.
