Finance Committee

Standing Order 75:

  1. There shall be a standing select committee, to be styled the Finance Committee, for the consideration of the estimates of expenditure, financial bills and other business referred to it by the House or by the Governor.
  2. The Finance Committee shall consist of the Financial Secretary as chairman and all the elected Members.
  3. Subject to Standing Orders 84 and 85, the deliberations of the Finance Committee shall be public.
  4. The quorum of the Finance Committee shall be eight members excluding the chairman.
