Standing Orders Committee

Standing Order 78:

  1. There shall be a standing select committee, to be styled the Standing Orders Committee, to consider, from time to time, generally what changes to Standing Orders are necessary and desirable and particularly to consider any proposed amendments to Standing Orders which are referred to it under paragraph (3) of Standing Order 87.
  2. The Standing Orders Committee shall consist of the whole House with the Chief Secretary as chairman.
  3. The quorum of the Standing Orders Committee shall be seven Members including the chairman.
