First Elected Member for Bodden Town, Minister of Health and Human Services.

Mr. Eden has represented the district of Bodden Town since 1992 and, as Minister of Health & Human Services, is serving in his third Cabinet. He is a founding member of the People's Progressive Movement. In 1994 Executive Council was enlarged to include five elected ministers, and Mr. Eden was elected the fifth minister and assigned the portfolio for Health, Social Welfare, Drug Abuse Prevention and Rehabilitation, a position he held until the 2000 elections.

A self-employed businessman, former merchant seaman and soldier in the U.S. Army, he is married to Ellen, and they have two sons.
