His Excellency the Governor, Mr. Duncan Taylor, CBE, (left) presented the instrument of appointment to new Leader of the Opposition, Mr. Alden McLaughlin Jr., MBE, JP, (right) at the start of the LA's fourth meeting on Monday, 21 February morning.
