Participants of the CPA Third Youth Parliament met for the third consecutive Saturday on 1 March at the Legislative Assembly.

They heard about the tools MLAs use to debate in the House, including points of order and clarification. They also learned some of the protocols and procedures to be observed when addressing the Speaker and other Members in the House.

The parliament’s organising sub-committee Chairman Alfonso Wright, MLA; Osbourne Bodden, MLA; and Clerk of the Legislative Assembly Wendy Lauer organised the event and coached the participants.
