HE Alex Cowan, the Governor of the CPA Third Youth Parliament, enters as announced by Serjeant-at-Arms Taylor Myers.

Youth Parliamentarians took part in final rehearsals on Saturday, 8 March for the main event - the CPA Third Youth Parliament March being held on Monday, 10 at the Legislative Assembly. The event is being held by the Cayman Islands Branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association to mark Commonwealth Day 2008. Youth Parliament Organising Committee President Alfonso Wright, MLA, guided the participants through the rehearsals, assisted by other Organising Committee members Mr Osbourne Bodden, MLA and Mrs Rolston Anglin, MLA as well as Clerk of the LA Wendy Lauer, Deputy Clerk Sharon Smith, Assistant Clerk Nana Bothwell and some of the participants’ coaches.
