No. 1: Why his promise in 2005 to change the Speaker after 18 months has not taken place.
No. 2: To give an update on the progress on the sale of the Court Road National Housing Trust property announced in February 2007 by the Honourable Leader of Government Business.

No. 3: To give the Government’s financial position as at 30th September 2007 with the following information:-
- balances in each central Government bank account;
- overdrafts;
- current loans outstanding;
- any transactions in or out of the General Reserve Fund.

No. 4: Are there any sub-contractors who provided services to Matrix who have not been paid and, if so, will the Government provide compensation to those contractors.
No. 5: To say what is the status of the scrap metal removal contract with Matrix in regard to the $1.2 million Government is to receive for the scrap metal.
The Fourth Elected Member for West Bay to ask the Honourable First Official Member responsible for Internal and External Affairs and the Portfolio of the Civil Service
No. 6: To say:
- what was the total number of Civil Servants in May 2005;
- what is the current number of Civil Servants;
- how many new positions have been filled by Caymanians; and
- to give a break-down, by Ministry, of additional staff.

No. 7: To say, in regard to the operations of the Labour Department -
- how many applications for jobs have been processed since January 2007;
- of this number how many individuals have been successfully placed;
- how many of these placements are repeat replacements for the same individuals; and
- how many job waiver letters have been given by the Department since January 2007.

No. 8: To say if fuel prices have regularised since the implementation of price billboards.

No. 9: If the Labour Law condones not hiring pregnant women when they apply for a job.

No. 10: To say what treatment is in place for children who engage in drug consumption.

No. 11: To outline what approaches have been made to focus on the development and sustainability of small businesses in the Cayman Islands.

No. 12: To give an analysis of income derived from garbage fees and say whether or not the income is sufficient to support proper disposal of solid waste in Cayman as well as to keep Cayman clean.
No. 13 To explain what systems are in place to ensure persons who continue to deface the Islands with litter and garbage will be dealt with judiciously.

No. 14: To say what methodology is in place to measure the effectiveness of the Work Permit Board and the Business Staffing Plan Board in ensuring that Caymanians are trained and promoted to the highest level in the work place.
No. 15: To say if there are any structured programmes in regard to reintegrating inmates in Northward Prison granted parole prior to or on release into the work force.
