No. 1 To say how did the Minister come about the decision to remove the cargo port.
No. 2 To say what was the loss, if any, before subsidy of Cayman Airways Ltd. for 2006 and 2007, and when will the accounts be tabled in the Legislative Assembly.

No. 3 What was the cost of the 2007 compared to the 2008 Heroes Day celebration, giving a break down of cost for –
- printed material;
- Andro Equipment rental; and
- other costs.

No. 4 To say how much was paid for printing services such as various books, stationary and documents including the Constitutional review documents and advertising, since May 2005 to present.
No. 5 To say:-
- who printed the Mid-Term Report which was tabled on Monday 10th December, 2007;
- what was the cost of the production including the printing of it;
- was Government Information Services’ staff used to produce any of the Reports; and
- how many copies were printed.

No. 6 What safeguards are in place under the Government’s financial assistance programme to ensure that money collected by others on behalf of recipients is used for the recipient’s benefit.

No. 7 Does Cayman Airways Ltd. owe any monies to the Cayman Islands Airport Authority and, if yes, how much and what is the aging of these amounts.

No. 8 Has the long standing practice of using locals for cleaning service at some Government Schools been ceased and, if so, what is the alternative.

- what was the operating loss of the Cayman Islands National Insurance Company (CINICO) before subsidy for the year ended June 2007;
- what was the subsidy for the year ended June 2007;
- what was the operating loss before subsidy for the period July 2007 to 31 March 2008; and
- (d) what subsidy has Government paid for July 2007 to 31 March 2008.

No. 10 To say if the Cayman Islands Airports are in compliance with the Civil Aviation Regulations.
No. 11 To say how many staff members have been hired by Cayman Airways Ltd since May 2005; and provide an annual breakdown of nationalities.

No. 12 The Department of Children and Family Services has implemented the National Parenting Programme for the Cayman Islands. Can the Honourable Minister say if the Department, along with the Education Department in particular the Early Childhood Unit, intends to enhance and develop their parenting training staff by implementing the standardized training development by UNICEF and other regional organizations.

No. 13 What is the status of the Police investigations in regard to:
- The Special Report of the Auditor General on the Affordable Housing Initiative; and
- The Special Report of the Auditor General on the Review of the Debt Financing Arrangements for Boatswain’s Beach.

No. 14 How many families and other persons are living in trailer homes and where are they located.

- How many teachers are being retired this year as a result of reaching the mandatory retirement age of 60 years;
- Did any of these teachers wish to continue as annual contracted officers and were they allowed to do this
