Questions to Honourable Ministers and Members of the Cabinet

The Third Elected Member for George Town to ask the Honourable First Official Member responsible for Internal and External Affairs and the Portfolio of the Civil Service

No. 1:         Does the Government intend to make any amendments to the provisions in the Immigration Law (2007 Revision) relating to term limits on work permits, commonly referred to as the Roll Over Policy.

The Third Elected Member for George Town to ask the Honourable Minister responsible for Education, Training and Employment

No. 2:         What is the Government’s policy regarding continued implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes at Primary and Secondary level.

The Elected Member for East End to ask the Honourable Leader of Government Business/Premier Designate, Minister responsible for Financial Services, Tourism and Development

No. 3:         Has the Government changed the policy with respect to the development of new cruise and cargo facilities in the George Town Harbour; and if yes, what are the new plans.

First Elected Member for Cayman Brac and Little Cayman to ask the Honourable Minister responsible for Community Affairs and Housing

No. 4:         What is the status of the redevelopment project for Owen Roberts International Airport and the new Little Cayman Airport Project.

No. 5:         What is the Government’s policy regarding the National Housing Trust’s Affordable Housing programmes.

No. 6:         Is there an alternate location planned for the launching ramp and dock which was proposed as part of the Coe Wood Beach redevelopment project.
